Refund & Cancellation Policy

Madhyanchal Utkarsh Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Samiti (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparency and fairness in our operations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for donations, event registrations, or other services provided by our organization.

1. Donations

• Non-Refundable: All donations made to Madhyanchal Utkarsh Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Samiti are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Donations are used to support our programs and initiatives, and we rely on these contributions to fulfill our mission.
• Erroneous Donations: If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and, at our discretion, may issue a refund if the error is verified and funds have not yet been allocated to our programs.
• Tax Receipts: If a refund is issued, any tax acknowledgment or receipt provided for the donation will be voided, and you may need to return the receipt to us.

2. Event Registrations

• Cancellation by You:
  • If you register for an event hosted by Madhyanchal Utkarsh Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Samiti and need to cancel, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the event to be eligible for a full refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise specified during registration.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
• Cancellation by Us:
  • If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient registrations, force majeure, or other operational constraints), we will provide a full refund for any registration fees paid.
  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) due to event cancellation.

3. Other Services or Programs

• Program Fees: If you participate in a paid program or service (e.g., workshops or training sessions), refund eligibility will be specified at the time of registration. Generally, refunds for cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date may be issued, subject to a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date, unless otherwise specified.
• Non-Transferable: Fees paid for events or programs are non-transferable to other individuals or future events unless explicitly stated.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us with the following details:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Details of the transaction or registration (e.g., date, amount, event name).
• Reason for the refund or cancellation request.
